I have new hearing aids after several years of waiting. I chose Professional Hearing Care because I appreciate the great service. The staff took the care to accommodate my hearing needs. I have been in business myself and know the value of service and professionalism. Each staff member there is truly sincere and passionate about the work they provide. I have heard many stories about friends who have had bad stories and I want to say how happy I am about every aspect of my treatment from start to finish.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Laura Vinopal, and I came away very happy and impressed! Recently, I had a problem when 1 of my hearing aids stopped working. I stopped at Professional Hearing Care and told them of my issue. I was asked to have a seat and they would check things out. Within 10 minutes, they brought my hearing aids back to me and said they did a cleaning and an update and everything should be fine. I was amazed when I put my hearing aids back in and they were functioning perfectly. I asked what I owed and they said nothing at all. I have never worked with a facility and people who are as kind and caring as the folks at Professional Hearing Care. I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND them to anyone who may have hearing issues. They certainly have made my life much better.

My experience with Professional Hearing Care in Mauston has been a real blessing. The service and special care that I receive each time I have an appointment is exceptional. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to handle something strange in my ears, or if I would be committed to wearing hearing aids. Well, I don’t even feel them in my ears, and it’s so awesome to finally, actually hear what people are saying without having to read lips or asking them to repeat. Over twenty years ago, I purchased the best hearing aids available. They did little to improve my quality of life so I wore them less and less, and then only for a special occasions. Because I rarely wore them, I did a terrible job of taking care of them and lost them. This loss turned into a godsend because it led me to Professional Hearing Care. The ladies did an excellent job of diagnosing, fitting, and teaching me on the use of my new aids.
